This historic beautiful house is located on a tree lined street and features: 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 communal areas, a private backyard garden for organic sustainable farming, a front yard garden and lots of warmth and love. Lots of light coming in through large windows. Original charm such as 6 fire places, skylights, staircase molding, chandeliers, claw bath tub, large farm sink and more.There is a washer and dryer and a storage space for all members in the basement. All animals are welcomed to join this community as long as they are compatible with other human and non-human house members :-)

The house and each room is fully furnished with super comfortable beds, pillows, comforters, linens, hangers and more.

Please note there is NO TV. This is a quiet zen home where the quiet quality time of all tenants and neighbors is highly valued.
We believe in the value of real time connection and interaction. Shows can be watched using our complimentary Wifi.
The house is a communal space for its house members who will be free to host communally agreed conscious intentional dinners, yoga classes, nutrition classes, seminars, theatre nights, ceremonies, farming gatherings, book nights and more.

Guest access: House members have access to all areas and all 3 floors of the entire house including the garden, storage area and laundry room.
The kitchen
2 Gorgeous large open space open bar kitchen. One on the garden level and one on the parlor level, accessible to all house members.
Each kitchen features a range, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster , juicer, blender and all needed supplies such as pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, large bowls, glassware, plates, mugs, towels and more.
