How do I sync my Vegvisits calendar with my Airbnb calendar? 

If you are hosting on Airbnb in addition to Vegvisits, it's important that your calendars are properly synced to prevent double bookings. When set up properly, calendars will be synced regularly to keep availability up to date.

Please note: You can only sync your calendar when your listing is Published.

Step 1: Grab your Vegvisits link to export into Airbnb

1) On Vegvisits.com, go to Host at the top of the page and select Manage Listings

2) Click the Edit Listing button for the listing calendar you’d like to sync with other platforms

3) At the top of the Listing Steps page, click on the link Sync your calendar with other platforms

4) Under Sync calendars, select Export Calendar

5) Copy the Vegvisits calendar link

Step 2: Add your Vegvisits Calendar link to Airbnb

1) Log into Airbnb

2) Click Calendar

3) Click on the relevant Listing you would like to sync

4) Click Availability on the right

5) Under Connect Calendars, click Connect to another website

6) Under Step 2, Paste your Vegvisits link into the Other website link field 

7) Name the Vegvisits calendar

8) Under Step 1, Click the Copy button to copy your Airbnb calendar link

9) Click Add Calendar at the bottom

Step 3: Adding your Airbnb link into Vegvisits

1) Now that you have your Airbnb Calendar link, go back to your Vegvisits Listing Management page.

(If you didn’t copy the Airbnb link, just follow steps 2-5 above again and click the Copy button next to your Airbnb calendar link)

2) Under Sync calendars, select Import Calendar

3) Paste the Airbnb Calendar link into the Calendar address (URL) field

4) Name your Airbnb calendar

5) Click Import Calendar
