Can I sync my Vegvisits calendar with multiple other calendars?
If you are hosting on multiple other platforms in addition to Vegvisits, it's important that your calendars are properly synced to prevent double bookings. Vegvisits uses iCal to easily sync with your other platforms, making it easy to be a Vegvisits host.
Please note: Syncing is only possible for live (published) listings

Property management systems we can sync calendars with include: Airhost, Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hostify, iGMS, LiveRez, Lodgify, NextPax, Octorate, OwnerRez, stays.net, Beds24,Kross Booking, Uplisting and more. Most property management systems work with iCal, so if yours isn't listed, please call their customer support team.
Below are general Calendar sync instructions:
To import a calendar on Vegvisits:
1) On vegvisits.com, go to Host and select Manage Listings
2) Click the Edit Listing button for the listing calendar you’d like to sync with other platforms
3) At the top of the Listing Steps page, click on the link Sync your calendar with other platforms
4) Under Sync calendars, select Import Calendar
5) Copy the URL for your other calendar into the Calendar address (URL) field* (see below to find the correct URL link on Airbnb)
6) Name your calendar
7) Click Import Calendar
To export your Vegvisits calendar to add to your external calendar:
1) On vegvisits.com, go to Host and select Manage Listings
2) Click the Edit Listing button for the listing calendar you’d like to export
3) At the bottom of the Listing Steps page, click on the link Sync your calendar with other platforms.
4) Under Sync calendars, select Export Calendar
5) Copy and paste the Vegvisits calendar link into the designated place where the other platform asks you to provide a link (you will need to follow their Import Calendar steps).
