Not getting our email notifications?

It's important that you take the following steps to make sure you see our emails about activity on your Yahoo account:

1) Check the Junk Folder

If an email from team@vegvisits.com has ended up in your spam folder:

From mobile:

• Click on the email
• Click the Move icon
• Click Inbox

From desktop:

• Click on the email
• Select Not Spam at the top of the page

2) Manually Add the Sender to Your Safe List 

If an existing email from team@vegvisits.com hasn't already been trapped in your junk folder, you can manually add us to your Contacts.

• From Yahoo Mail, select the Contacts icon
• Select Add a new contact
• Enter team@vegvisits.com
• Click Save

Note: These methods don’t guarantee messages from us won’t end up in spam in the future, but it trains Yahoo and makes it more likely that our emails will arrive in your inbox next time.

SMS notifications

You can also receive SMS notifications when you have activity on your Vegvisits account by adding your phone number to your user profile.
